Timber Frames:
Aus-Haus have entered into a Working Partnership with Kingspan Off-site & Stewart Milne to design and manufacture off site using TEK SIPS/closed panel systems.

Aus-Haus have recognised that there is an ongoing need for Timber Frames to be scaled to suit smaller sites & as a result of continual discussion we have set out to benefit the RSL market by re-affirming our previous experience with these companies and their capabilities to manage and deliver standard units.

• Ensure reduced Timber Frame costs

• Eliminating their in-house design

• Maximising their off-site procedures

• Minimise lead in period - approx 4 weeks from order

Our partners are fully supportive of our approach and embraced our Ethos from inception and have worked closely with us to engineer the range of house types that Aus-Haus have developed.

	SRE provide the technical Code for Sustainable Homes and SAP modelling and assessment work for the continued successful development of the Aus Haus system.

Renewables:
We are currently in talks with the industry's leading Renewables Partners:

• Photovoltaic Cells

• Solar Thermal Heating

• Rain water harvesting

• Grey Water recycling

• HRV

• Underfloor Heating

• Timber Framed windows - Triple glazed timber

These will enable us to meet with the ‘Codes for Sustainable Housing’ code levels at a cost effective level through supply agreements for the system.
